A survey of educational research and analysis companies in the United States, Renaissance Learning, recently found that the number of non-fiction titles read by American students has increased but still not reached the ideal. The study involved 10 million U.S. students. Research shows that students who spend 30 minutes per day reading independently grow fastest.
