目的分析APN连续排班层级管理模式的应用与效果。方法我院自2015年1月开展APN连续排班层级管理模式,分别选取呼吸内科、神经内科患者作为研究对象,其中呼吸内科患者开展APN连续排班层级管理模式,神经内科患者采用传统排班模式。结果患者对APN连续排班层级管理模式的满意度明显高于传统排班模式,比较两组不同管理模式的护理差错、护理纠纷、护理缺陷发生率差异显著,P<0.05。结论采取APN连续排班层级管理模式有利于进一步提高临床护理管理质量,患者满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the application and effect of APN continuous management of shift schedule. Methods In our hospital, since January 2015, we conducted a continuous management of APN level management mode. Respiratory and neurology patients were selected as the research object. Among them, patients with respiratory medicine developed continuous management of APN level management, neurosurgery patients using traditional shift mode . Results The patients’ satisfaction with APN continuous management was significantly higher than that of the traditional management. The differences in nursing errors, nursing disputes and nursing defects between the two groups were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Taking APN continuous management of class scheduling is conducive to further improve the quality of clinical nursing, patients with higher satisfaction.
