立式送料剪切机是乏燃料后处理的首端设备,送料系统是其最重要的运动子系统之一。在对送料系统进行功能分析的基础上,运用基于故障模式影响分析(FMEA)方法对送料系统进行可靠性研究,确定影响送料系统可靠性关键零部件,然后结合故障树分析法(FTA)建立送料系统的故障树模型。最后运用蒙特卡罗(Monte Carlo)方法对送料系统进行可靠性仿真分析,求出系统可靠性指标。送料系统的可靠性分析为其薄弱环节的设计与改进提供了可靠的理论依据。
Vertical feed shearing machine is the head end of spent fuel reprocessing, feeding system is one of the most important motion subsystems. Based on the functional analysis of the feeding system, the reliability of the feeding system is studied by using the FMEA method to determine the key components that affect the reliability of the feeding system. Then, the feedstock is established by combining the fault tree analysis (FTA) System fault tree model. Finally, Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the reliability of the feeding system, and the system reliability index is obtained. The reliability analysis of the feeding system provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the weak links.
