2012年6月6~9日,中国共产党宁夏回族自治区第十一次代表大会在银川召开,确立了未来5年“建设和谐富裕新宁夏、与全国同步进入全面小康社会”的奋斗目标。2012年11月8~14日,中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会在北京召开,大会选举了新一届中共中央领导层,提出了两个百年奋斗目标,即在中国共产党成立一百年时(2021年)全面建成小康社会;在新中国成立百年时(2049年)建成富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义现代化国家。
From June 6 to June 6, 2012, the 11th NPC Congress of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was convened in Yinchuan, establishing the goal of “building a harmonious and affluent New Ningxia with simultaneous nationwide access to an overall well-to-do society” in the next five years. From November 8 to November 14, 2012, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing. The General Assembly elected the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and proposed two centuries-old goals. During the one hundred years of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party (2021) to build a well-off society in an all-round way; to build a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country in the 100 years since the founding of New China (2049).
