目的:研究从板蓝根中提取分离的3个化学部位及其不同组合的体外抗FM1(流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株)和RSV(呼吸道合胞病毒)的活性,确定板蓝根抗病毒的有效部位。方法:采用大孔树脂吸附技术分离得到苯丙素、生物碱、有机酸3个化学部位,用MTT法检测这几个部位对FM1和RSV的抑制作用。以对病毒抑制率作为评价指标,比较各部位抗病毒作用的效果。结果:对FM1抑制率分别为:62.00%、62.10、43.50%、58.00%、38.64%、58.00%、76%。对RSV的抑制率分别为:26.31%、53.50、56.47%、67.54%、80.82%、81.61%、33.74%。结论:板蓝根的抗病毒作用可能是几个部位协同作用的结果。
OBJECTIVE: To study the activity of anti-FM1 (influenza virus subtype murine lung-adapted strain) and RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) in vitro isolated from Radix isatidis in three chemical fractions and their different combinations to determine the effective site of antiviral . Methods: Three chemical sites of phenylpropanoid, alkaloid and organic acid were isolated by macroporous resin adsorption technique. The inhibitory effect of these sites on FM1 and RSV was detected by MTT assay. To the virus inhibition rate as an indicator to compare the effect of various parts of the antiviral effect. Results: The inhibitory rates of FM1 were 62.00%, 62.10%, 43.50%, 58.00%, 38.64%, 58.00%, 76% respectively. The inhibitory rates of RSV were 26.31%, 53.50,56.47%, 67.54%, 80.82%, 81.61% and 33.74%, respectively. Conclusion: The anti-virus effect of Radix isatidis may be the result of the synergistic effect of several parts.
