患者×××,男,57岁,主因频繁抽搐,神志不清8小时,于1995年3月8日10:00入院。患者于8小时前睡眠时出现四肢抽搐,双眼上吊,口吐白沫,口唇发绀,小便失禁,持续数分钟后,抽搐缓解,呼之不应,约20分钟又开始四肢对称性抽动,患者反复发作,抽搐停止时仍神志不清,呕吐3次,吐物为胃内容物,非喷射性,在本地输“20％甘露醇”、“脉通”、“肌注苯巴比妥钠”,症状无好转,门诊以癫痫持续状态收入院。
