本文用光学和电子显微镜观察大白鼠垂体促性腺激素细胞分泌周期中细胞质内颗粒和液泡结构的变化。根据其变化特征,将垂体促性腺激素细胞区分为颗粒A型和B型、液泡A型和B型四类。随着促性腺激素的贮存和释放过程,这四种类型的细胞发生周期性变化。在激素贮存的早期阶段,细胞形态的变化主要与颗粒的变化有关,而在激素大量贮存和大量释放时,其相应的形态学变化则是细胞质内的液泡化和空泡化。因此作者认为:促性腺激素的贮存和释放与细胞质内颗粒及液泡结构的变化有着极密切的关系。
In this paper, optical and electron microscopic observation of rat pituitary gonadotropin cells in the secretion cycle of cytoplasmic granules and vacuolar structure changes. According to its changing characteristics, the pituitary gonadotropin cells are divided into four types: granular type A and type B, vacuolar type A and type B. With the process of gonadotropin storage and release, these four types of cells undergo periodic changes. In the early stage of hormone storage, the changes of cell morphology are mainly related to the changes of the particles. When the hormones are stored in a large amount and released in large quantities, the corresponding morphological changes are cytoplasmic vacuolization and vacuolization. Therefore, the author believes that: the storage and release of gonadotropin and cytoplasmic granules and vacuolar structure has a very close relationship.
