水表计量信息化管理——水表信息示意卡的推进,旨在结合供水企业信息化进程,融合有关应用软件,开创一条理念先进、富有实效的营业表务管理模式,为提升表务管理质量应付和减少水表堆没、提高抄见率、减低产销差,夯实基础。根据上海自来水市北公司稳步推进地下水表信息化管理的目标,宝山供水管理所率先试点,采取水表信息化管理和分步实施方案,近期目标是建立和完善信息化水表示意卡,替代老式水表卡,远期目标则是建立动态管理机制,使水表示意卡在实际生产中得到运用和动态管理,提升水表计量服务质量。
