在现代的制造业中,数控机床的应用越来越普及。数控机床的核心组成部分就是数控装置,它可以利用数字化信息(即数控程序)对机床的运动轨迹和状态进行控制,实现数控机床自动加工。目前数控机床的数控装置都是专用计算机,所用的数控系统都是一种封闭式的专用系统,其通用性和兼容性都很差,这就限制了数控机床应用的发展和应用。而随着运动控制器的发展,可以将通用计算机和先进的DSP和FPGA技术有机结合起来,使其具有很强的开放性、通用性和兼容性。所以,多轴运动控制器的发展和应用必将推动数控技术的快速发展和更广泛的应用。
In modern manufacturing, the application of CNC machine tools is becoming more and more popular. CNC machine tool is the core component of numerical control device, which can make use of digital information (CNC program) on the trajectory and state of the machine tool to control, CNC machine tools to achieve automatic processing. At present, numerical control machine tools are special-purpose computers. The numerical control system used is a closed-end dedicated system with poor universality and compatibility, which limits the development and application of CNC machine tools. With the development of motion controller, it is possible to combine general-purpose computers with advanced DSP and FPGA technologies to make them highly open, versatile and compatible. Therefore, the development and application of multi-axis motion controller will surely promote the rapid development and wider application of numerical control technology.
