为研究多药耐药相关蛋白基因(MRP mRNA)的表达与喉咽癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系,应用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测了25例晚期喉咽癌患者MRP mRNA的表达。结果表明,晚期喉咽癌患者MRP mRNA阳性表达率为52%(13/25),其阳性表达与肿瘤颈淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.01),而且随颈部转移淋巴结分期的增高而升高(P=0.01)。提示MRP mRNA在喉咽癌中的表达不仅其在多药耐药中有重要作用,而且影响肿瘤播散、转移等生物学特性。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of multidrug resistance-related protein (MRP mRNA) and the clinicopathological features of patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma, RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of MRP mRNA in 25 patients with advanced laryngeal cancer MRP mRNA expression in patients with pharyngeal cancer. The results showed that the positive expression rate of MRP mRNA in advanced hypopharyngeal carcinoma was 52% (13/25). The positive expression rate of MRP mRNA was significantly correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis (P <0.01) and increased with the increase of cervical lymph node metastasis (P = 0.01). Tip MRP mRNA expression in laryngeal cancer not only in the multidrug resistance plays an important role, but also affect the tumor spread, metastasis and other biological characteristics.
