随着机械加工工业对加工精度、表面光洁度和生产率等方面的要求同益提高,国内外在设计新机床时都对机床的振动性能与刚度的研究提出更高的要求。例如日本池贝铁工株武会社设计A-20型车床时进行了大量的振动与刚度试验,对改善车床性能取得了良好的效果。我校机械厂在文化革命前生产G616车床,这种车床基本上是参考国外设计的图纸制造的。文化大革命以后与我校机切教研室共同自行设计C6132车床,以取代C616车床(两种车床的详细介绍可参考资料)。为进一步提高新车床的性能,机切21班五名工农兵学员与校机械厂工人师傅及机切教研室专业课、基础课教师共8人组成三结合小组,以C6132车床振动性能及刚度的初步研究为课题进行毕业实践。经过七个多月的工作,在机械厂广大工人师傅大力协助下取得一些成果,提出《C6132车床振动性能及刚度试验报告》以及一系列改进设计的图纸。因限于篇幅,本文仅就振动性能试验及床身静刚度试验的部分内容,着重在两种车床的对比方面整理报告如下。

After more than seven months’ work, we made some achievements with the help of the vast majority of workers in the machinery factory.
