目前,在国内热处理行业中,氮化罐一般均采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢板焊接而成,由于它具有易老化现象,即经过20炉次以上处理,氨分解率很快升高,难于控制。若要满足氮化工艺要求,必须加大氨流量,从而使氮化工艺控制不稳定,影响氮化零件质量。为了解决氮化罐的抗老化性,延长使用寿命,西北工业大学经过长期研究,采用高温搪瓷技术解决了这个长期存在的问题。该校与上海沪东造船厂联合
