近年来,上海市水务信息中心积极履行行业信息化管理职能,项目管理不仅在技术上、应用上、管理上发展非常迅速,其政策性和规范性水平也是越来越完善,传统的项目管理模式已经难以适应不断变化的业务需求,本文针对项目管理引入流程化管理控制的手段,并应用于统一、完善的电子政务平台,从系统的逻辑框架、功能、应用等方面进行了阐述。
In recent years, Shanghai Municipal Water Affairs Information Center has actively fulfilled the function of information management in the industry. Project management has developed rapidly in terms of technology, application and management. Its policy and normative level are also getting more and more perfect. The traditional project management mode Has been difficult to adapt to changing business needs. In this paper, the introduction of process management and control of project management tools, and applied to a unified and perfect e-government platform, from the system’s logical framework, functions, applications and other aspects are described.
