[目的]了解居民伤害发生特点、变化趋势及其对居民健康的影响程度,为进一步开展伤害的预防提供科学依据。[方法]对2002~2007年大连市沙河口区居民死因资料进行分析。[结果]大连市沙河口区居民2002~2007年伤害死亡率为38.39/10万,男性为50.03/10万,女性为26.71/10万。男性、女性和男女合计伤害的前3位死因均是运输事故、意外跌落、自杀。YPLL前3位分别是运输事故、自杀、被杀,AYLL的前3位分别是触电、被杀、淹死。[结论]运输事故、意外跌落、自杀是大连市沙河口区居民伤害的主要死亡原因。
[Objective] To understand the characteristics, changing trends of resident injury and its impact on residents’ health, and provide a scientific basis for further injury prevention. [Method] The data of death cause among residents in Shahekou District of Dalian City from 2002 to 2007 were analyzed. [Result] The mortality rate of residents in Shahekou District of Dalian from 2002 to 2007 was 38.39 / 100 000, with 50.03 / 100000 males and 26.71 / 100 females. The top three causes of death for men, women and men and women were all transport accidents, accidental falls and suicides. YPLL first three were transport accident, suicide, was killed, the first three AYLL were electric shock, were killed and drowned. [Conclusion] The transportation accident, accidental drop and suicide are the main causes of death among inhabitants in Shahekou District of Dalian City.
