[目的]测定海南木莲叶和枝中总三萜酸的含量。[方法]以熊果酸为对照品,以质量分数5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸系统为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法在546nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。[结果]熊果酸对照品在0.2~1.6μg/ml时呈良好线性关系,回归方程为A=0.1548C+0.0286,r=0.9993。海南木莲叶和枝中总三萜酸的含量分别为1.95%和0.47%。[结论]该方法操作简便,结果稳定,重复性好,易于推广。
[Objective] The study aimed to determine the content of total triterpene acid in the leaves and branches of M. officinalis. [Method] Ursolic acid was used as reference substance, and its content was 5% vanillin - acetic acid and perchloric acid system. The absorbance of the sample was measured by UV spectrophotometry at 546 nm wavelength. [Result] The ursolic acid reference substance showed a good linearity at 0.2 ~ 1.6μg / ml. The regression equation was A = 0.1548C + 0.0286, r = 0.9993. The content of total triterpene in the leaves and branches of M. mandshurica was 1.95% and 0.47% respectively. [Conclusion] The method is simple, stable, reproducible and easy to popularize.
