随着小学数学新课程标准的逐渐深入,越来越多的小学数学教师意识到,必须转变传统的“填鸭式”灌输教学模式,该方法不适用于当前的素质教育,更不利于学生未来的学习与个人发展。这就需要教师转变教育理念,顺应新时代的要求,重视学生的主体地位,在小学数学课堂教学中开展师生间的对话,实现教师与学生的互动与交流,从而不断地提高课堂教学的质量。本文从笔者一线教学实践出发,对小学数学课堂教学中如何促进师生间对话进行探讨与研究。
With the gradual deepening of new mathematics curriculum standards in primary schools, more and more primary school mathematics teachers have realized that it is necessary to change the traditional “spoon-feeding” instillation teaching mode. This method is not suitable for current quality education and even more detrimental to students Future learning and personal development. This requires teachers to change the concept of education, conform to the requirements of the new era, attach importance to the dominant position of the students, carry out the dialogue between teachers and students in the elementary mathematics classroom teaching, and realize the interaction and exchange between teachers and students so as to continuously improve the quality of classroom teaching . Based on the author’s first-line teaching practice, this paper explores and studies how to promote dialogue between teachers and students in primary school mathematics classroom teaching.
