现浇钢筋混凝土圈梁支模多采用钢模,怎样保证其轴线及截面尺寸的准确性.是现场施工的技术难题之一。我们在近lO幢住宅的施工实践中采用“配件支模”法,较好地解决了,以上技术难题。下面以240毫米×240毫米钢筋混凝土圈梁说明其具体做法。一、准备工作1.制作配件1 用直径18毫米台钻成孔,两孔的净距等于墙厚240毫米加两块钢模肋宽100毫米,见图1。2.制作配件2 配件2呈“拐杖”形,主要作用是在安装时防止(?)16钢筋下落,见
The cast-in-place reinforced concrete ring beams are mostly made of steel molds. How to ensure the accuracy of their axes and cross-sectional dimensions is one of the technical problems in field construction. We adopted the “part fitting mold” method in the construction practice of nearly lO houses to better solve the above technical problems. The following describes the concrete practice with a 240 mm x 240 mm reinforced concrete ring beam. First, preparation 1.
