鉴于当前中医药工作之间有些脱节现象,以致影响临床治疗效果,大量浪费药材。本文就中药工作方面存在的问题提出几点看法,如中药必须依法炮制,确保中药饮片质量,克服当前在调配处方中,应制不制、生熟不分、不符合中医用药意图的现象;加强医药结合,掌握中药货源情况,对紧缺品种,计划使用,充分发挥应有疗效,尽量节约药材;了解中药材和中成药的“同名异物”情况,以便正确合理用药、避免错用药物;随时了解发病情况,掌握用药变化,做好中药供应工作。
