党的十八届五中全会提出五大发展理念,创新是第一大理念。支撑创新发展需要多方面的努力,其中智库建设是重要的一环。对于我国旅游业来说,经过改革开放30多年以来的发展,已经建成世界旅游大国,正在向世界旅游强国迈进,创新对于产业发展的引领作用更加突出,对于旅游智库的诉求也更加迫切。中国旅游智库建设既要根植中国实践,突出中国特色,同时也要借鉴国际经验,与国际智库接轨。2016年是“十三五”开局之年,《旅游学刊》选择以“旅游智库建设的国际比较”作为开年一二期的笔谈主题,正是希望通过对旅游智库的讨论推动中国旅游智库建设,进而促进中
