汉语教师应有的素质——兼谈汉语教师的培养与培训问题

本文强调,我们要逐渐习惯于用世界的眼光来看中国,用世界的眼光来看世界,用世界的眼光来思考问题。在汉语教学上,我们也需要有这种世界的眼光,而不是只有“国家的眼光”。本文认为,要讨论汉语教师的素质和汉语教师的培养问题,首先对汉语教学本身需树立这样的基本观点:汉语教学走出国门,开展汉语国际教学,其目的是为世界各国建造通向中国的友谊之桥——汉语桥。汉语教学作为一个独立学科,其性质是以汉语言文字教学为核心、为基础,并关涉到多个学科的交叉性学科。我们汉语教学的总的指导思想是:“怎么让外国学生在最短的时间内能尽快学习、掌握好汉语?”基于上述观点,本文从知识结构、能力结构和思想心理素质三个方面论述了汉语教师应有的素质。对于汉语教师的培养,本文强调:一是要分类要求,分类培养;二是需重新审视和调整汉语国际教育本科专业的设置,本科专业着重培养在中小学任教的汉语老师和从事汉语国际教育的管理人才;三是海外汉语教学的师资,应立足于培养当地汉语教师。 This article emphasizes that we should gradually become accustomed to seeing China from a global perspective, looking at the world from the perspective of the world, and thinking from a world perspective. For the training of Chinese teachers, this article emphasizes: First, the classification requirements, classification training; the second is the need to re-examine and adjust the setting of Chinese undergraduate majors in international education, undergraduate majors focus on training Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools and engage in international education in Chinese Management personnel; Third, teaching overseas Chinese teachers should be based on the training of local Chinese teachers.
