对影响爆裂玉米膨胀系数和爆花率的几个因素的研究结果表明：籽粒含水量对膨胀系数有极显著影响，以含水量１３．６６％时膨胀系数最高，为３１．２０；籽粒含水量对爆花率无显著影响。籽粒损伤百分率对膨胀系数和爆花率有极显著影响，正常籽粒膨胀系数和爆花率分别为３５．８３和９８．３３％，而１００％损伤籽粒的膨胀系数和爆花率则分别降为１０和８４．２７％。油的种类对膨胀系数和爆花率无显著影响。
