对影响爆裂玉米膨胀系数和爆花率的几个因素的研究结果表明:籽粒含水量对膨胀系数有极显著影响,以含水量13.66%时膨胀系数最高,为31.20;籽粒含水量对爆花率无显著影响。籽粒损伤百分率对膨胀系数和爆花率有极显著影响,正常籽粒膨胀系数和爆花率分别为35.83和98.33%,而100%损伤籽粒的膨胀系数和爆花率则分别降为10和84.27%。油的种类对膨胀系数和爆花率无显著影响。
The results of several factors affecting the expansion coefficient and popcorn yield of popcorn show that the water content of popcorn kernel has a very significant effect on the expansion coefficient, the highest coefficient of expansion is 31.20 when the moisture content is 13.66%, and the grain moisture content No significant impact on the burst rate. The percentages of grain damage had a very significant effect on the coefficient of expansion and the rate of popcorn.
