普通话水平测试朗读短文项中,“语调偏误”评判的依据标准不够清晰具体,导致此项测试误差增大,评分信度降低,不仅直接影响测试效果,还使训练辅导长期以来针对性不强,指导不力,事倍功半。针对这一难点、疑点结合测试实践进行辨析,明确“语调偏误”的范围及特征,提出矫正语调偏误的应对策略,使应试人和测试员都能够准确把握普通话的规范语调,不断提高普通话表达水平和测试效果。
