With the increasingly active international trade, the issue of food safety has drawn more and more public concern worldwide. The scientific and objective test results will be more and more recognized by the law and the society. In particular, the detection limit is getting more and more traceable. In the case of trace quantification, how to ensure the consistency and authenticity of the quality of food testing in accordance with internationally accepted rules for the measurement and traceability is a concern and problem to be solved in the field of food safety testing.
