中国人以食为天,传承几千年的中华美食文化让大众对美食有了天然的欲望和亲近感。《舌尖上的中国》的热播,更是开启了一个“全民吃货”的年代,引发了大众对于真正美味的美食节目的渴望。随着这种渴望的逐渐升级,越来越多的美食节目应运而生,涌现于电视荧屏之上。但大多美食节目都存在“虽令人心向往之但实不能至”的问题。因此,怎样才能做出一档能真正抓住大众味蕾,奢华而低调,精致而大众,专业而不失情怀的美食节
The Chinese food for the world, thousands of years of heritage of Chinese food culture so that the public has a natural desire for food and a sense of intimacy. The popularity of “China on the Tongue” has even opened up an era of “food for the common people”, arousing the public’s desire for a truly delicious food program. With this escalation of desire, more and more gourmet shows have emerged, appearing on the TV screen. But most of the food shows are there, “though desirable but not real” problem. So how can we make a food festival that can really catch the public taste buds, luxury and understated, refined and the public, professional but also sentimental?
