教师素质是实现培养高技能人才的关键,提高高职教师素质的途径有:加强学习,适应时代进步;提高教师的教研、科研能力;加强教学团队建设;开展教师培训,培养双师型教师。
The quality of teachers is the key to achieve the cultivation of highly skilled personnel. The ways to improve the quality of higher vocational teachers are: to strengthen learning, to adapt to the progress of the times; to improve teachers’ teaching and research ability; to strengthen teaching team building; to carry out teacher training and cultivate double-qualified teachers.
