当液压伺服系统用于机械传动的校正机构时,显得调整时间长,超调量大,校正精度不高。本文以庞特里雅金最小值原理为基础,以系统位置输出的调整时间最小为性能指标,田单纯形加速法寻优求得了系统的最佳砰—砰控制规律。经计算机模拟和实验证明,使用最佳砰—砰控制后,系统的阶跃响应基本无超调,调整时间大大缩短,可使校正精度和生产效率得到很大的提高。
When the hydraulic servo system for mechanical transmission of the correction mechanism, it seems a long adjustment time, overshoot, correction accuracy is not high. In this paper, based on the Pontealline minimum principle, the minimum adjustment time of system position output is the performance index, and the optimal bang-bang control law of the system is obtained by applying the simplex acceleration method. Computer simulation and experiments show that using the optimal bang-bang control, the system’s step response basically no overshoot, adjust the time greatly shortened, the calibration accuracy and production efficiency can be greatly improved.
