针对不完全序值信息下的双边匹配问题,从主体心理行为的角度进行研究,具有现实意义,但相关研究非常少见。鉴于此,本文提出了一种决策方法。描述了不完全序值信息下考虑主体心理行为的双边匹配问题;以每个主体给出的临界值作为其参照点,计算了每个主体给出的序值相对于参照点的收益或损失;考虑到主体损失规避的心理行为特征,依据TODIM思想计算每个主体对另一方主体的益损值的感知价值;在此基础上,构建了求解该双边匹配问题的双目标优化模型,使用线性加权法将双目标优化模型转化为单目标优化模型,通过求解该单目标优化模型获得匹配结果;技术服务外包中的供给方与需求方匹配实例分析说明了所提方法比传统方法效果更显著。
In view of the bilateral matching problem under the incomplete sequence information, it is of practical significance to study from the perspective of the subject’s psychological behavior, but the related researches are very rare. In view of this, this paper presents a decision-making method. This paper describes the bilateral matching problem which takes into account the subject’s psychological behavior under the incomplete sequence information. The critical value of each subject is taken as the reference point, and the gain or loss of the sequence value given by each subject relative to the reference point is calculated. Considering the psychological behavior characteristics of the subject loss avoidance, the perceptual value of each subject’s benefit loss value is calculated according to the TODIM idea. On this basis, a bi-objective optimization model for solving the bilateral matching problem is constructed, using linear weighting Method is used to convert the dual-objective optimization model into a single-objective optimization model, and the matching result is obtained by solving the single-objective optimization model. The case analysis of supply-side and demand-side matching in technical service outsourcing shows that the proposed method is more effective than the traditional method.
