目的　探讨复配自由基清除剂（ Ｍ  Ｆ Ｒ Ｓ）对小鼠移植性 Ｓ１ ８０ 抑制作用的量效关系，确定其在抗癌作用中的效果。方法　采用灌胃不同浓度的 Ｍ  Ｆ Ｒ Ｓ 对小鼠 Ｓ１ ８０ 肉瘤进行肿瘤抑制作用的研究。结果　高、中、低 ３ 个剂量对 Ｓ１ ８０ 肉瘤的抑制率分别为 ５９７３％ 、５２５７％ 、４１３３％ ，表现出较为明显的剂量效应关系；三个剂量组分别与其相应未给药对照组比较，差别均有显著或非常显著性意义（ Ｐ＜ ００５ 或 Ｐ ＜ ００１）。结论　 Ｍ  Ｆ Ｒ Ｓ 作为一种含中药的复配自由基清除剂抗癌药物，在对 Ｓ１ ８ ０肉瘤的抑制作用具有一定的效果，在肿瘤药物学上具有一定的应用前景。 Objective To investigate the dose-effect relationship of compound free-radical scavenger (M  F R S) on the inhibitory effect of transplanted S1 80 in mice and determine its anti-cancer effect. Methods The tumor suppressing effect of mouse S1 80 sarcoma was studied by intragastric administration of different concentrations of M  F R S . Results The inhibition rates of high, middle and low doses of S1 80 sarcoma were 5973%, 5257% and 4133%, respectively, showing a clear doseeffect relationship. The three dose groups were corresponding to In the untreated control group, the difference was significant or very significant (P < 0  05 or P <0  01). Conclusion M  F R S as a compound free radical scavenger anticancer drug containing traditional Chinese medicine has a certain effect on the inhibition of S180 sarcoma and has a certain application prospect in oncology pharmacy.
