一、前言我国西南的攀枝花地区有着丰富的钒钛磁铁矿资源。攀钢高炉铁水就是用这种铁矿冶炼所得,经雾化提钒后,成为几乎不含硅、锰等成渣元素、硫高且热量不足的所谓半钢。如何在转炉冶炼过程中快速造好合乎要求的炉渣,将其顺利冶炼成钢,是半钢冶炼必须研究的重要课题。本文拟就造渣基础以及攀钢120tLD转炉投产以来为改进半钢炼钢造
I. Introduction Panzhihua, southwest China, is rich in vanadium-titanium magnetite resources. Panzhihua blast furnace hot metal is the use of such iron ore smelting derived vanadium atomized to become almost no silicon, manganese and other slag elements, high sulfur and lack of calorific so-called semi-steel. How to make a satisfactory slagging quickly in the converter smelting process and successfully smelt it into steel is an important subject that must be studied in the semi-steel smelting.
