电弧炉全过程石灰石炼钢工艺已在我国出现。它是一项勿需专门氧化期、不用还原期的电弧炉炼钢工艺。该工艺由熔化期石灰石分解沸腾精炼、熔清后的补充精炼和钢包内脱氧及合金化等三部分组成。其核心是垫炉底石灰石在炉料熔化过程中逐渐分解放出CO_2气体及生成活性石灰共同参与钢液的治金物理化学反应。该工艺特别适于普通碳素钢的冶炼。在保证钢质的前提下,它在降低消耗、节省电能、提高炉龄、降低成本、减轻劳动强度、减少环境污染及便于管理等各个方面都有明显效果。
The whole process of electric arc furnace limestone steelmaking process has appeared in our country. It is a need not special oxidation period, without reduction of EAF steelmaking process. The process is composed of melting limestone decomposition boiling refining, refining refining and ladle after deoxidation and alloying of three parts. The core of the furnace bottom pad limestone is gradually decomposing and releasing CO 2 gas during the furnace melting process and generates active lime to participate in the metallurgical physical and chemical reaction of the molten steel. The process is particularly suitable for ordinary carbon steel smelting. Under the precondition of ensuring steel quality, it has obvious effects in various aspects such as reducing consumption, saving electric energy, raising furnace age, reducing cost, reducing labor intensity, reducing environmental pollution and facilitating management.
