针对垂直于大板中焊接接头的一种裂纹情况,分析了由于残余应力引起的应力强度因子。这种残余应力分布,是用一个简单的函数予以描述的,这一函数的选取,是为了满足对残余应力的物理要求并能模拟通常所观察到的残余应力分布。应力强度因子是用基于迭加原理的通常方法得到的。选取这种残余应力分布函数,就可以得到应力强度因子的简单封闭形式的精确表达式。对于长裂纹,该解法得出偏于保守的应力强度因子值,它便于实际应用。
For a kind of crack perpendicular to the welded joints in the slab, the stress intensity factor due to residual stress is analyzed. This residual stress distribution is described by a simple function that is chosen to meet the physical requirements for residual stress and to simulate the normally observed residual stress distribution. The stress intensity factor is obtained using the usual method based on the principle of superposition. Select this residual stress distribution function, you can get the exact form of the simple closed form of stress intensity factor. For long cracks, the solution yields a conservative stress intensity factor value, which is convenient for practical applications.
