在低温强酸条件下制备了Ti掺杂的介孔材料Ti MCM 4 1.经SEM ,XRD ,IR表征 ,该材料具有规则的晶体结构 .同时研究了Ti MCM 4 1在液相中氧化苯胺的催化行为 ,讨论了催化剂及反应条件对反应的影响 .结果表明 ,在Ti MCM 4 1作为催化剂时 ,双氧水和叔丁基过氧化氢可将苯胺氧化成氧化偶氮苯和偶氮苯 .
The Ti-doped mesoporous TiMCM 4 was prepared under low temperature and high acid conditions.The structure of the material was characterized by SEM, XRD and IR.At the same time, Ti MCM 4 1 was catalyzed by aniline in the liquid phase The effects of catalyst and reaction conditions on the reaction were discussed.The results showed that aniline was oxidized to azoxybenzene and azobenzene by hydrogen peroxide and t-butyl hydroperoxide when Ti MCM 4 1 was used as a catalyst.
