高邑县是一个拥有18万人口的传统农业县。改革开放的春风虽然吹遍了全国各地,乡镇企业如雨后春笋般扎根于华夏大地。但高邑县的农民依然是面朝黄土背朝天,劳苦耕作。到1992年,邓小平南巡讲话,全国乡镇企业进入了第二次创业高潮,高邑县的乡镇企业总产值才刚刚突破2亿元,入库税金仅270万元。然而,从1999年至今,短短两年多时间,高邑县的乡镇企业却发生了翻天覆地的变化。2000年底,全县乡镇企业产值达到22.6亿元,营业收入22.5亿元,实现利润1.8亿元,上交税金2923万元。固定资产投入在1000万元以上的企
Gaoyi County is a traditional agricultural county with a population of 180,000. Although the spring breeze of reform and opening up all over the country, township enterprises mushroomed rooted in the vast land of China. However, farmers in Gaoyi County are still facing the loess and turning their backs to work hard. By 1992, Deng Xiaoping made a speech on his southern tour saying that the township and village enterprises nationwide had entered the second stage of business growth. The gross output value of township and village enterprises in Gaoyi County had just exceeded 200 million yuan and the storage tax was only 2.7 million yuan. However, from 1999 to the present, in just over two years, the township enterprises in Gaoyi County have undergone tremendous changes. By the end of 2000, the output value of township enterprises in the county reached 2.26 billion yuan, operating income of 2.25 billion yuan, profit of 180 million yuan and tax payment of 29.23 million yuan.
