由我国农业部主持的中国国际油菜科学讨论会,于1990年4月24日至30日在上海教育国际交流中心召开。这是由我国主办的第一次国际性大型油菜学术交流会。会议得到联合国粮农组织(FAO)和加拿大国际发展研究中心(IDRG)的资助,得到上海市政府的大力支持。有19个国家的36位外宾(其中台湾省科学家二人)和国内14个省、市的90位科学家参加。大会共收到学术论文83篇(本国70篇,国外13篇),在会上宣读60篇。我省农科院和青海大学有专家,教授五人应邀参加,提交论文三篇。《科技兴油菜》
The China International Canola Science Symposium, chaired by the Ministry of Agriculture of China, was held at the Shanghai Education International Exchange Center from April 24 to April 30, 1990. This is the first international large-scale canola academic exchange hosted by our country. The conference was funded by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the Canadian International Development Research Center (IDRG) with the strong support of the Shanghai Municipal Government. There are 36 foreign guests in 19 countries (including two Taiwanese scientists) and 90 scientists from 14 provinces and cities in China. The conference received a total of 83 academic papers (70 in China and 13 in foreign countries), reading 60 articles at the conference.
