中国共产党人对人与自然关系的认识和实践,经历了从片面认识到不断完善的历史过程。毛泽东提出了“向大自然开战”的口号;邓小平逐渐形成了“加快经济发展、保护生态环境”的辩证自然观;江泽民明确提出了在中国实施可持续发展战略;胡锦涛为全面贯彻落实科学发展观,提出要“加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,提高生态文明水平”。回顾这段认识过程,对我们加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,提高文明水平,不无裨益。
The understanding and practice of the relations between man and nature by the Chinese Communists have undergone a historical process of one-sided recognition and continuous improvement. Mao Zedong put forward the slogan of “war on nature”; Deng Xiaoping gradually formed the dialectical view of nature of “accelerating economic development and protecting the ecological environment”; Jiang Zemin explicitly put forward the strategy of implementing sustainable development in China; To implement the scientific concept of development, proposed to “speed up the building of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and improve the level of ecological civilization.” Reviewing this process of understanding is not without merit in accelerating the building of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and raising the level of civilization.
