子宫颈癌淋巴结转移除一部分向髂外淋巴结、闭孔内淋巴结转移外,主要是向髂内淋巴结、髂总淋巴结及主动脉旁淋巴结扩展。向腰肌淋巴结转移文献上未见报道。作者对37例子宫颈癌CT 图象作了回顾性研究,37例中14例有骨盆内或主动脉旁淋巴结肿大,23例无淋巴结肿大。14例中3例发现腰肌淋巴结肿大,1例伴髂总及髂内淋巴结肿大。腰肌淋巴结位于L_1—L_4水平沿腰动脉淋巴经路及L_5 Cervical lymph node metastasis in addition to part of the external iliac lymph nodes, obturator lymph node metastasis, mainly to the internal iliac lymph nodes, common iliac lymph nodes and aortic lymph node expansion.
