病例简介:孕妇25岁,怀孕早期无明显不适,孕4个月自感胎动,孕7个月产前检查为臀位。经膝胸卧位治疗15天无效。现孕40~+周要求剖腹产而入院。产科检查:宫底高34cm,腹围100cm,胎位右骶前位,胎心144次/min骨盆各径线均在正常范围内。宫颈未消失,宫口未开。估计胎儿体重在3000g左右。B型超声检查,无异常发现。因家属坚决要求剖宫产
Case description: Pregnant women 25 years old, early pregnancy no obvious malaise, pregnant 4 months self-induced fetal movement, 7 months pregnant prenatal examination for the breech. The knee thoracic treatment for 15 days is invalid. Now pregnant 40 ~ + weeks required caesarean section and admitted to hospital. Obstetric examination: Palace at the end of 34cm high, abdominal circumference 100cm, fetal right presacral, fetal heart rate 144 times / min pelvic diameter line in the normal range.
