本文报道了UV——OIA型液相色谱多波长紫外检测器的研制和初步考察结果。其最小检测量为1.2×10~(-8)g/ml(萘),基线漂移0.00025OD/小时,噪声0.00005OD,线性动态范围约12μg,并与杜邦835多波长紫外检测器进行了比较。
This paper reports the development of UV - OIA LC multiwavelength UV detector and preliminary investigation results. The minimum detection volume was 1.2 × 10 -8 g / ml (naphthalene), the baseline drift was 0.00025 OD / hour, the noise was 0.00005 OD, the linear dynamic range was about 12 μg, and was compared with the DuPont 835 multi-wavelength UV detector.
