目的:分离筛选江浙蝮蛇毒的C4组分,研究其毒性、机体耐受性和依赖性等药理学性质。方法:采用离子交换和分子筛,以柱层析法分离蛇毒C4组分,并用急性毒性实验和自然戒断实验、耐受性实验考察其毒性、依赖性和耐受性。结果:经分离筛选后得到C4组分,并获得蛇毒C4组分的毒性作用、机体耐受性和依赖性等性质。结论:C4组分作为江浙蝮毒中的一个有效组分,在一定剂量范围内安全性良好,未发现耐受性和依赖性,值得进一步开发利用。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and screen the C4 component of viper venom in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and study its pharmacological properties such as toxicity, tolerance and dependence. Methods: C4 components of snake venom were isolated by ion exchange chromatography and molecular sieve chromatography. Their toxicity, dependence and tolerance were investigated by acute toxicity test, natural withdrawal test and tolerance test. Results: C4 fraction was isolated and screened, and the toxic effects of C4 fraction of snake venom, body tolerance and dependence were obtained. Conclusion: The C4 component, as an effective component of Jiangsu and Zhejiang strains of poison, has good safety within a certain dosage range and no tolerance or dependence is found, so it is worth further development and utilization.
