1 一般资料90例均系我院1989年12月～1990年11月收治的EHF 病人,对照组45例,年龄、性别、发病天数两组均无明显差别。全部病例符合1986年全国EHF 临床学术会议诊断标准。2 治疗方法治疗组除与对照组均按1986年全国EHF 各期治疗方案治疗外,入院后对治疗组用病毒唑0.8g,胸腺肽40mg 分别加入葡萄液静滴,每d1次,连用3～5d.3 观察方法对治疗组和对照组在开始用药后即详细观察临床各期变化,并对两组进行比较,同时也对联合使用药物后的毒副作用进行观察。
1 General information 90 cases were from our hospital December 1989 ~ November 1990 were treated EHF patients, 45 cases in the control group, age, gender, onset days were no significant difference between the two groups. All cases in line with the 1986 national EHF clinical conference diagnostic criteria. 2 treatment group except the control group were treated by EHF 1986 national program of various stages of treatment, the treatment group with ribavirin 0.8g, thymosin 40mg were added intravenous drip, d1 times, once every 3 ~ 5d .3 observation method for the treatment group and control group after the start of medication that detailed changes in clinical stages, and the two groups were compared, but also on the toxic side effects observed after the combination of drugs.
