复方三生注射液是治疗中、晚期肺癌有效的中药复方制剂。为能较好的控制复方制剂的整体质量,本文介绍了在系统成分预试基础上,将所含成分归类,再有针对性地探索各类成分的薄层分析条件,从而提出了用二种展开剂三种显色剂分别鉴定出三生针中生物碱、三萜皂甙和挥发油三大类成分的方法。经对9批产品作了薄层分析,表明本文选择的薄层层析条件作为三生针薄层层析鉴定是可行的。
Compound Sansheng injection is an effective traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for the treatment of middle and late stage lung cancer. In order to better control the overall quality of the compound preparation, this article introduced the classification of the contained ingredients on the basis of the pre-test of the system components, and then targeted the thin layer analysis conditions for various types of components, and thus proposed the use of two Three kinds of developing reagents Three kinds of coloring reagents identified the three kinds of alkaloids, triterpene saponins and volatile oils three major components of the method. Thin layer analysis of nine batches of products showed that the thin-layer chromatography conditions selected in this paper are feasible as a thin-layer chromatography for the identification of triple needles.
