止痢灵对福氏痢疾杆菌体外试验有杀菌作用;对小鼠急性感染有预防性治疗作用。对大肠扦菌内毒素有解毒作用.另外能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;抑制二甲苯引起小鼠耳部炎症肿胀作用;对啤酒酵母致兔发热有解热作用。证明止痢灵的治疗原理,主要是提高机体抗病能力,包括提高机体免疫功能和解毒、抗炎,解热等作用。
Zhilingling has bactericidal effect against Shigella flexneri in vitro; it has preventive treatment effect on acute infection of mice. It can detoxify the endotoxin of E. coli. It can also promote the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages; inhibit xylene-induced inflammation of the ear of mice; and has antipyretic effects on rabbit fever induced by brewer’s yeast. To prove the therapeutic principle of Zhilingling is to improve the body’s resistance to diseases, including improving the body’s immune function and detoxification, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and so on.
