对住院精神病人家属心理分析表明由于家属对于精神疾病的认识程度极差,由此产生过分关心、焦虑、担忧。同时对家属存在的矛盾和困惑,需求和渴望进行分析,加以指导教育,使照料者获得照料病人的基本知识,提高照料病人的水平。改善对病人的态度,使治疗的依从性增加,对预防疾病复发,理想康复起着积极作用。临床工作中,应重视病人家属,给他们提供精神疾病知识的科普教育。
Psychological analysis of the families of inpatient mental patients shows that family members have very poor awareness of mental illnesses, resulting in over-care, anxiety and anxiety.
