糖尿病常并发中枢及周围神经系统损害,而以慢性经过的脊髓病变为主要表现讨论尚少。并且在临床实践中对此类患者也常被忽视病因的诊断而延误对糖尿病的治疗。 本文报告6例糖尿病性脊髓病变,结合文献着重讨论临床特点、类型及病理变化。提出此类疾患为一独立疾病单元——糖尿病性脊髓病。 Diabetes often complicated by central and peripheral nervous system damage, while the chronic myelopathy as the main performance is still less discussed. And in clinical practice for such patients are often overlooked cause of diagnosis and delay the treatment of diabetes.
