SMAD是新发现的参与转化生长因子β超家族信号在细胞内传导的一族信号蛋白,包括8个成员,分别称为SMAD1-8。SMAD1、2、3、5、8称为受体调节SMAD,传导转化生长因子β超家族的信号。SMAD6、7称为抑制性SMAD,抑制转化生长因子β超家族信号的传导。SMAD4为协同SMAD,是受体调节SMAD的信号伙伴。转化生长因子β超家族成员对许多心血管疾病的发生发展有着重要的作用,而这些作用与SMAD信号通路有着密切的关系。
SMAD is a newly discovered family of signaling proteins involved in the intracellular transduction of transforming growth factor beta superfamily signaling, including eight members, called SMAD1-8. SMAD1,2,3,5,8 is known as a receptor that regulates SMAD and transduces the signal of the transforming growth factor beta superfamily. SMAD6,7, known as inhibitory SMAD, inhibits the transduction of TGF-β superfamily signals. SMAD4 is a synergistic SMAD and is a signaling partner for receptor-regulated SMAD. Members of the transforming growth factor β superfamily play an important role in the development of many cardiovascular diseases, and these effects are closely related to the SMAD signaling pathway.
