例1:男,2岁。因尿道结石入院。取石术后发热,呕吐、纳差,经葡萄糖盐水与10％葡萄糖液各258ml及抗生素治疗,4天后症状消失。术后第8天复现发热、咳嗽,翌日发现颈肌无力,不能抬头。体检:T37.2℃.精神稍软,头不能抬起。心肺腹无异常。四肢活动好,能站立,但不稳,两侧膝反射存在。血钾2.8mmol/L。钠140mmol/L氯94mmol/L。心电图示各导联QRS波终末部稍钝,
