天津市热水管网建设面临的主要问题是:市区街道狭窄、地下障碍物多,地下水位高且有一定腐蚀性,如果采用通常的敷设方式,在防水防腐和保温这些主要技术环节上都不易解决。天津市从1985年起引进了瑞典Ecopipe公司的预制保温管道及附件并开始在设计、施工等方面进行工程实践。一、管道结构Ecopipe公司制造的预制保温管是由高密度聚乙烯外套管(PEH)、聚胺酯保温层(PUD)、警报系统(AS)、钢管(SP)所构成的复合管道,其结构见附图一。
