国家能源局下达增补云南省“十二五”第二批风电项目核准计划,共新增17个风电项目,总装机容量838.5MW,2012年初,在国家能源局下达云南省“十二五”第二批风电项目核准计划中,大理州已有9个风电项目列入核准计划,总装机容量为429MW,加上此次增补的项目,大理州今年共有15个风电项目列入国家能源局核准计划,总装机容量达726MW。目前,全州列入核准计划的15个风电项目中已有7
