目的探讨新疆毛金丝桃醇提取物在体外抗菌作用。方法采用连续稀释法对毛金丝桃醇提取物进行M IC、MLC实验研究。结果毛金丝桃提取物在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌等有一定的抑制作用。结论毛金丝桃提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌等有一定的抑制作用,是具有开发价值的抗菌中草药。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of the extract of Xinjiang hyperophyll in vitro. Methods The serial dilution method was used to study the M IC and MLC of the extracts of Hairy Root. RESULTS: The extract of Flos Alpinia had a certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E. coli in vitro. Conclusion The extract of St. John’s Wort has a certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E. coli, etc. It is an antibacterial Chinese herbal medicine with development value.
