关于数字的用法,值得注意的是:我国有关规定近年来几经调整,目前最新确定的规范是《中华人民共和国国家标准·出版物上数字用法的规定》。使用中应以新规定为准,勿以旧规范作为标准用法。1987年1月1日国家语言文字工作委员会等七个政府部门公布试行《关于出版物上数字用法的试行规定》,在广泛征求意见的基础上,1993年7月又形成了《关于出版物上数字用法的规定》(修订本·征求意见稿)。最后,形成了《中华人民共和国国家标准·出版物上数字用法的规定》(GB/T15835—1995),由国家技术监督局1995年12月13日批准发布,1996年6月1日实施。
Concerning the usage of numbers, it is noteworthy that the relevant provisions of our country have been adjusted in recent years. The most recently established norms are the “Provisions of the People’s Republic of China on the Use of Numbers in National Standards and Publications.” Use should be based on the new rules, not to use the old norms as a standard usage. On January 1, 1987, seven government departments including the State Language Commission of the People’s Republic of China promulgated the “Trial Provisions on the Use of Numbers in Publications” on a tentative basis. On July 1993, on the basis of extensively soliciting opinions, the “Regulations on Publications Provisions of Digital Usage ”(Revised Edition · Exposure Draft). Finally, the “Regulations on the Use of Numbers in National Standards and Publications of the People’s Republic of China” (GB / T15835-1995) have been formulated and approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on December 13, 1995 and implemented on June 1, 1996.
